Wageningen University potato trial

We recently visited the Wageningen University research station in the Netherlands to see how another set of grower trials has been progressing.

It was observed that Maxstim-treated potato plots outperformed the control plots. The impact was visibly evident as the treated plots clearly showed:

Higher number of tubers formed per plant
Larger tubers formed
Superior root structures: The roots in the treated plot were more robust and extensive, indicating healthier plants.

The growers’ open day on July 3rd was a revelation for many of the visiting farmers. They noted that this was the first biostimulant trial they had encountered that led to an increase in both tuber size and tuber number.
