When you place an order with Maxstim either over the phone or via the website, we collect the following information to allow us to fulfil your order:

We will ask for your payment information to take your order although this information is not stored by us or any of our third-party partners. This information allows us to fulfil your order and notify you of the status of your order. The information we collect will be accurate and up to date.

How this information is used

All orders are currently fulfilled by Maxstim Ltd. If we choose to use a third-party service provider for fulfilment at any point in the future, we will need to pass on your details to that service provider so that they can deliver your goods to you. The third party service provider will undertake an agreement with us that they will protect your information, will not pass it on, and not use it for any other purpose than to deliver your order.

After expressing interest in our products and giving us your contact information, you will be sent an opt in link which provides us with your confirmation and permission to contact you. We will use this information to send you send you updates, relevant product information, news and features we think may be of interest to you from time to time. IP addresses
