North America Based Opportunities

Maxstim Ltd is expanding in North America and is looking for a talented individual to head up growth.
These are the key areas where leadership is required:
Market and Sector Development
- Develop new business in:
- Broadacre crops
- Biogas and biomass generation
- Identify and secure reference customers capable of validating Maxstim products at scale
- Lead early commercial activity in northern US states
Commercial Execution
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new sectors
- Support pricing strategy and product positioning
- Work with management to identify future partner opportunities
- Build relationships with agronomists, consultants, and key influencers
Regulatory & Strategic Support
- Support product registrations and regulatory submissions in the US
- Assist in trial design, data capture, and commercialisation of results
- Provide structured market feedback to product development
Leadership & Future Scaling
- Act as the foundational commercial leader for North America
- Help shape future sales structure as the business scales
- Mentor or support additional hires when appropriate
Compensation
- Competitive fixed salary
- Commission based on:
- New customers
- New sectors
- New geographies
- Potential for long-term profit share
Reporting line
- Reports to: Managing Director, Maxstim Ltd
- Works closely with: Regulatory, product development, and senior management
